Adverb pictures

I had my students draw pictures of verbs and adverbs. They labeled the picture with the verb and the adverb. For instance, a dog guarding a house = guarding alertly; a boy flying a kite = soaring high; etc. I think this activity helped reinforce verbs and adverbs for my students.
