Print each of these activities separately and give a copy to each student.

Week 7   

Water

    For English this week you are to write a paragraph about water.  You may choose any type of water:  drop of rain, a river, a tear, a storm, the ocean..... any kind of water,

    On your paper list 10-15 types of water.  Select the one you would like to write about.

    You might want to discuss how the water is used, where you find it, what it looks like, what ever you choose be sure to stick to the topic.

Remember

1. A good topic sentence

2. Concluding sentence to pull the paragraph together

3. Name, date, title, heading

4. A clean, tidy, well-written, unwrinkled final copy.
