Week 17

How to Tie a Shoe

    A single paragraph with five or six sentences usually includes all the problems of a longer composition.  It requires practice in the organization and shaping of a single topic.  In each paragraph a clear and orderly thought is presented to the reader.

    This week you will write a paragraph on tying a shoe.  You are to physically go through each step of tying your shoes, and you are to write down each step as you proceed.  Then use these steps to help build your paragraph.
