Word Wall

Cover the bulletin board with a background color.
Use the word wall templates(bricks) to build a wall.
Word Wall Templates:

1. Students write the word across the top of the template writing the part of speech next to the word.
2. Students break the word into syllables.
3. Students draw an icon that conveys the meaning of the word.
4. Students use the word in a sentence that demonstrates the meaning of the word.
*The templates can be reproduced in red or tan to create colored bricks.
